Can you hear me now? {A video? For real?}

Hey there! Blogging three days in a row. . . .can you believe it!? I'm super excited to have my first blog post as a Go-to Gal, over at Paper Crafts Connection today, so if you haven't been there already. . .head on over and visit me!

Since today is sort of a momentous day, I thought I'd share something that I have hesitated to share. . . .it's a video. Eeks. I'm questioning myself even as I get ready to post it. I love seeing my crafty friends do videos. It's fun to see them, and hear them, and feel like I know them a little more. But ME? Oooh, I hate to hear my voice, and this was SUCH a challenge for me.  I ended up with completely pink inky hands, a broken light, and the whole thing was a total fiasco.  I was so flustered, I even put a black inky stamp right down into my pink ink pad. Disastrous.  If you make video tutorials - kudos to YOU, my friend, because it is no small feat.  So be kind - and don't expect another video from me any time soon!
I used some of my favorite stamps from The Stamps of Life, called mums2stamp, to demonstrate two-step stamping.

Oh and hey - have you seen the Paper Crafts videos on YouTube? The new All About Stamping videos are live!  I've only had a chance to watch a few - but they are fantastic!  Lots of inspiring little tips and tricks! You can read more about the videos, here on this Paper Crafts Connection post, which is complete with a chance to win some stampy goodies!

If today is your first time stopping by, (or even if it isn't) leave a comment and a link to your blog or gallery - I'd love to stop by and say HELLO! Don't be a stranger, and come on back soon.  Feel free to find me on Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook by clicking on the links in my sidebar!

Congratulations Laura! I am looking forward to seeing more of your cards and inspiration. I have been quite interested in CAS recently, not as easy as it looks!
Your video is wonderful, you did great!

I'm like you- I really want to make a video but extremely nervous about it. Everyone else makes it look so easy including you! Very inspiring. Look forward to your go-to gal work at PC!

You are so funny! I think we all dislike hearing ourselves and being on camera-at least the majority of us I'm sure. Congrats on being a go-to gal, so excited for you and your adventure!
