Seen On Halloween: Ghoulish Greetings {Lil' Inker Designs}

Hellllooooooo friends! Happy SEPTEMBER!
I love September.
And I hate September.
(I probably blog-complain about this every year. . .so bear with me.) I live in Florida, so while the rest of the universe is excited about leaves starting to change, feeling fall in the air, and putting on a sweater, we still have a good two months (at least) before any of those things will be happening here. (And to be fair, the leaves on our oak tree don't fall off until February. For real.) So for now, I dream of fall. . . .
This week we're celebrating lots of fall fun during the Lil' Inker Designs September Release Blog Hop. Apples, and Halloween, and Autumn - oh my!

Today I have two Halloween cards to share with you. I used the Seen on Halloween stamps for both of these cards. I embossed this ghost onto a dark gray cardstock. Isn't it COOL!? I was so impressed how nicely it embossed, thanks to a brand new jar of fine white embossing powder, and wonderfully made stamps! I layered some vellum and twine behind my ghosty, and matted Lil' Inker's Ombre Chevrons 6x6 patterned paper. One cool feature of this stamp set is that it coordinates with dies that you may already have in your stash. Last year's release of Stitched Ghosts Die Set coordinates with this ghost! (Plus there are additional coordinating dies in the Seen On Halloween Die Set)

Up next. . . .There's another cool coordinating set with this Best Witches card as well. This solid stamp, from the new Seen On Halloween set, coordinates with the criss-cross patterned witch from last year's Bats & Broomsticks stamp set (On this card I used it as the shadow) PLUS the Bats & Broomsticks Die Set which I used to die cut the witch. I love it when products coordinate so seamlessly!

And now, I'll let you hop along to the next stop for today's hop, miss Jennifer Carter!

Be sure to comment on each blog, each day, for a chance to win one of three $15 gift certificates to the Lil' Inker Designs store! All of the new products are in the store NOW, so head there after the hop to check out all the spooky goodies! See you tomorrow! xoxo

Your Halloween cards look great. The white embossed ghost looks very good and I like the background of that card, too. And on the second card I love how you used the stamped with as a shadow.
