Hip Hoppin'


It's Hip Hop day once again. . .and it just reminds me how the weeks are FLYING by! (which is good. . .and not-so-good!)

I was thinking that this Barbecue King card could be good for Fathers' Day, a summer birthday, or a BBQ invitation. I did a couple of wacky things on this card. . .I was out of the letter "n" from my Thickers so I used a "z" instead. And also, the foam Thickers are tan - and it just didn't give my card enough POP, so I colored them with a black Sharpie! I paper-pieced the grill, and added a little Stickles to the smoke. (Stickles, and Thickers, and Unity. . .some of my favorite things!)

    Hehe! I need to make a card like this for my husband! I have never seen him more hyped up on man juice than he is when he is grilling! :D This is a crazy cool card Laura!

    Awesome card!! I love the plaid dp with the image. I think the sideways Z looks better than an actual N would have.
