Remember how I was so happy it was April? Well April has surely come in like a LION this year. One by one, each person in my house dropped like flies, with some sort of horrendous stomach bug.
The good news is that we are all on the mend and pretty much at 100% now. . .and just in time, because we leave Sunday afternoon for DISNEY WORLD!
In the meantime, I have lots of catching up to do, so I am just stopping by with a quick post for you (mainly so that I don't feel guilty that my blog has been left unattended for so long!)
This first card is a Close To My Heart card, that I created for my mom's blog. I used the Cruisin' paper pack, and stamps from Super Powers and Adventure USA. (You can find all the specific details, on
my mom's Close To My Heart blog!)
And this card features
The {Stamps} of Life, and
Discount Cardstock . . .purple, can you believe it!? (I am always EXTRA impressed with myself when I use purple, on my own free will. It doesn't happen often!) To create those flowers, I used the birthday gift bow on this month's stamp set. And I paired it with the mum stems from last month. I sort of love the way it worked out! Pop Tone cardstock for sale at DCS!
