If you're here from the Paper Crafts Connection, you saw that today I am over there blogging about a class I recently took at CKC (Creating Keepsakes Convention,) where I learned about layering and clustering embellishments. I did some more practice for my cards today, featuring the Cameron and Saltwater collections from Elle's Studio. Elle's Studio specializes in tags for journaling and embellishment - they are terrific for scrapbooking and cardmaking! (And they also have terrific coordinating patterned papers too!)
Okay, so for today's card I really worked hard to layer coordinating elements together, while maintaining a focal point. I also tried to create visual triangles in the layout, sticking to odd numbers for a more eye-pleasing image. What do you think?!
If you haven't been by the Paper Crafts Connection blog today, come by and see me, and read up on my adventures at CKC!
Then stop by to visit with the other Go-to Gals and see what Elle's Studio goodness they've each created! {I can't wait to go visit them, too!}
Have a great day! Thanks so much for stopping by! xoxo
