It's a diecutting kind of day at Impression Obsession and I have a bright and sunshiny card to share with you today. How can you NOT smile at that Sunny Face sunshine die set? It's just the sweetest! Let's take a look at all the details on this fun summertime card making idea.

Let's begin with the background. You may have noticed, I'm using the Cover a Card Large Dots stamp on all.the.things lately. I hoard polka dot printed paper and with this stamp, I have dots in any (and every) color at my fingertips. This is a 6x6 stamp so there are enough dots to go around even on a larger project.

But now let's talk about some dies, since today IS Die Cut Obsession Day on the IO blog. The Sunny Face die is fun to layer in two shades of yellow, but that face would be pretty sweet on it's own too, wouldn't it? Paired with the Stitched Clouds, it makes a quick and easy scene. For the background I added one of the new Cute Scalloped Rectangles as a landing place for my sunny scene. The stamped sentiment and a few details drawn with white pen finished off this simple sunny card.
