Hello beautiful, crafty friends! It's Day 2 of the July New Release blog hop at Impression Obsession and I've got some cute dies to talk about! Speaking of TALK. . . you're going to LOVE the new Speech Bubbles and Rounded Rectangle Layers dies to add sentiments onto your handmade cards. Today's Christmas card utilizes a BUNCH of cute sentiments and layers all put together but believe it or not, this is a QUICK and SIMPLE Christmas card that you can whip up for this holiday season!

This card is a mini slimline size, (3.5x6-inches) and it's a super fun size to create with, using our new mini slimline dies!  The background layer of this card is the adorable new Pinked Mini Slimline die.

The key to the simplicity of this card is the amazing die cut shapes. The Speech Bubble dies come all attached together, as do the Rounded Rectangle dies. You can certainly snip them apart to isolate a particular die you want to cut, but I recommend keeping them attached so you can crank the whole die sheet through your machine and create a stash of shapes that you can pull from. To create this card, cut both dies from white and kraft cardstocks, and then stamp a variety of sentiments from the  Dear Santa Stamp Set. Then, mix and match until you like the arrangement. For a little extra dimension, pop some of the sentiments on foam squares, (but it'll still be super cute if you want to keep it totally flat for mailing.)

If you want to mass produce this card idea, you could do them all the same, or add in some different shapes and different sentiments for each one and make them all unique!
