All of today's projects feature two new products. First, the new Merry Christmas die set - it's a two piece set, that cuts out the entire sentiment in one piece (no tiny pieces to fit together) plus the background layer. I really like the background matting, but you can certainly use the sentiment without it too. The second new die set is called Winter Foliage, and it's just fantastic for adding a bit of greenery to your holiday cards. These two products are versatile on their own, but they also pair so well together, as you'll see from today's cards.

If you've been hanging around my blog for a while now, you know I ALWAYS gravitate towards aqua - and I absolutely LOVE aqua and pink for a fun twist on holiday cards. I loved pairing the bright green, with shades of teal onto this bright and cheery Christmas card.
Next, I created a top-and-bottom cluster of greenery with the Merry Christmas sentiment as the focal point. This classic color scheme is freshened up with a pop of that bright green.

The Winter Foliage die set is also perfect for creating a wreath. For this colorful card, and its extra dimension, I started with a die cut circle, and popped the whole panel up on foam squares. Then, I added the greenery around the edge. I covered the sentiment with dimensional glaze for extra shine!
Lastly, gold is always a classic Christmas color - but I love the added interest created by using a few different shades and shines of gold cardstocks. Paired with pale blue and bold purple, it feels elegant and fresh.

There are so many beautiful ways to use the Merry Christmas and Winter Foliage die sets. I had such fun creating a variety of card ideas, and I know you'll have fun creating with these new products from Impression Obsession!
