Have you been to Costco lately? The shelves are stocked with Halloween costumes, candy and fall decorations. . . but also Christmas decor. In September. But Costco teaches us a valuable lesson: we can drink our pumpkin spice lattes, plan Halloween costumes, and snack on candy corn . . .all while getting a start on our Christmas crafting and holiday card making. We're multitaskers, and we're seasonally challenged. . .who cares!

Today, we're all about the Christmas cookies - and they're even calorie free. Just some festive die cutting goodies to craft up SWEET holiday cards and crafts, and they're brand new from Impression Obsession.

The Ginger Cookie, Smart Cookies Dies, and coordinating Cookie Plate are super fun for Christmas cards - but the Smart Cookies and plate will be fun for all year long. Later in the month I'll share some fun non-holiday ideas but today - I'm all about CHRISTMAS!

I used my trusty white gel pen to add details onto these cookies, and inked the edges to make them look a little more "baked". Simple details like this will add personality, realism, and dimension to your projects, without being complicated or difficult.
