Yesterday we started talking about Christmas cookies (the paper kind. . .with no calories. They taste terrible but look FANTASTIC on handmade cards!) So today I thought I'd share two more cards that focus specifically on the SWEET Ginger Cookie die, paired with adorable doodle print paper for some simple Christmas card ideas that you can whip up!

The Ginger Cookie die, from Impression Obsession, is pretty darn cute and clever. Everyone knows that the best gingerbread cookies have a sweet line of white frosting around their edges - and this die set makes it simple to add that detail, with the outer gingerbread shape being a tiny bit larger, to create a perfect ribbon of frosting around the edges! Plus, that heart die is oh-so-adorable.
Both of today's card layouts are super simple, relying on simple die cutting, simple stamped sentiments, and fun patterned paper to create a fun Christmas card idea.
This week, the Impression Obsession team is celebrating the newest release of stamps and dies with a blog hop and there's lots of SWEET cards to enjoy! Today is Day 2 of our two-day hop.
