There's a whole lotta HAPPY happening on today's birthday card, and we have lots to talk about:

Let's start with the freaking ADORABLE die-cut sentiment.

YAY! I mean come on, how cute is that scripty word?! It's big enough to be a whole focal point on your card which I LOVE. I layered this cutie twice, once from white foam for mile-high dimension, and once from black cardstock.

Next, the rainbow striped background.

I'm smitten with the 6x6 basics paper packs from Impression Obsession. They come in every color of the rainbow, and they are super fun to use. To create my background, I simply cut a strip of seven different papers, and adhered them to a cardstock panel. Easy peasy, right?

And now, that glorious SHAKER TAG!

This fantastic die set is going to rock your socks off. It comes in two pieces - a solid tag, plus a matching one with a window cut out. You can use these two pieces independently from each other. . .OR sandwich them together with some acetate over the window, and you've got yourself THE CUTEST SHAKER TAG.
To create this tag:
  • die cut the solid tag from white cardstock AND from a piece of acetate
  • die cut the window tag from pink cardstock AND from a white foam sheet
  • sandwich together your tag layers and glue them going from front to back in this order - pink, acetate, foam, then add confetti, and seal it up with the white solid tag.
You can TOTALLY do this! Add this cute shaker tag to cards, or use it. . .as a tag, duh! ;)
