I seem to be on a Valentine roll here lately, so I thought I'd share one more today. This one, I gotta say, I really really love. It features dies and just one stamp, all from Lil' Inker Designs. It was simple enough that I duplicated it quite a few times, but it still feels cute and not like I tried to throw together the easiest thing I could think of.
To begin with, I die cut the Rounded Rectangle from pink paper. (I also did it in aqua (I know, surprise, surprise) but - POW, it looked great, and a little more masculine.) Then I simply die cut the envelope (it's so cool that the opening flap of the envelope actually cuts all the way through, so you can tuck something in there.) I die cut the sentiment too, and then just stamped the word "LOVE" (from the Sending You Stamps, which coordinates with the envelope die.) The hearts are from the newly released Hearts Banner Dies. I just trimmed them apart - it's great because I could die cut all the hearts I needed in one run through the machine, rather than using one tiny heart die and cutting it a million times.
Okay, so there you have it - the girl who "doesn't make Valentines" has posted a ton of Valentines this week. A new year, a new me. Or something like that. I've also started doing a little yoga. Not sure if that's going to stick or not. We'll see. It's a year of new possibilities! Thanks so much for stopping by today. Have a fabulous day! xoxo
