Hey, you beautiful crafty people! We are in the season of sunflowers now, aren't we? I have loved sunflowers for as long as I can remember, and today's card celebrates those beautiful fall blooms on a handmade card using stamps from Impression Obsession.

Make a field of flowers as long as you want by simply repeat stamping the image across the card base. I stamped it three times across a kraft cardstock panel in black ink. Then to add some detail, I colored parts of the flowers with a white colored pencil. Adding white colored pencil to dark cardstock is a fun way to add some detail without it being distracting.
After stamping the sentiment, I also added some details and dots with a white pen. Again, it doesn't distract, but is a simple way to finish things off a bit.
I layered yellow cardstock along with some gingham ribbon (because honestly, how can a sunflower card NOT have gingham ribbon?) It's just a sweet and simple fall card. What flower stamps do you have in your stash that you could stamp across a card base?
