Today is day 1 of our two-day blog hop celebrating the February stamp release at Impression Obsession. I have quite a few cards to share with you - and they all share one thing in common. They only use ONE STAMP. Just one, my friends! This fantastic Kitty Hug stamp is versatile, fun, and sweet for a variety of occasions. Today's cards could be Valentine cards - but they don't have to be. And I love that!
On today's first two cards I paper-pieced the stamped image with some bits of patterned paper for fun layered cards. I'm ALWAYS.ALWAYS a sucker for pink, aqua + black and white. I just can't help myself!
Next up - if you're looking for a SIMPLE Valentine card idea to give to kids, or for your kids to give to others, check out this idea . . .
It honestly doesn't get much easier than this:- Cut cardstock in shades of pink and aqua into 3x3 mini cards.
- Add a 3x3 piece of coordinating patterned paper to the card front
- Stamp the Kitty Hug stamp onto white cardstock, trim, and adhere to the card front. DONE.
As you can see, I've had some fun with the Kitty Hug stamp which is just one small part of this fun release. Visit the New Products section of the website to see all of the new stamps in Impression Obsession's February release.
