Cute and Crafty Card Making Ideas {New From Impression Obsession!}

Do you like CUTE? And do you like CRAFTY? (Duh, of course you do or you wouldn't be here.) Today's handmade card ideas are a little bit collage, and a little bit clean and simple (which sounds like an oxymoron) but they're all filled with cute stamps that are centered around crafting and art. It's all brand new from Impression Obsession, so let's take a look!

Today's first card features two small stamps and a little bit of this and that. You know, all that cuteness that's laying around on your desk: washi tape, embellishments, a stapler, and a couple of markers. I love the idea of a busy collage, balanced with plenty of white space.
The next two cards have a little more going on, but they still have some white space to balance everything out. Both of these cards feature the Art Journal Words stamp, which is a background stamp - but a small background stamp. It lends itself toward maintaining the empty white space ("white space" really means the blank space on whatever color card base you're working with) that gives the eye a place to rest. On the Create card I layered a polka dotted stencil over top of the background stamp to add some extra layers of interest.

For all three of today's cards I just layered together things I liked, making little clusters of interest. The stamps in this collection, by Lindsay Ostrom, are on the smaller size - so they're perfect for clustering together. They'll be awesome in your art journals, planners, or notebooks too.
