Hey there crafty friends, it's Old is New Day on the Impression Obsession blog. You know, the day we celebrate all the oldies-but-goodies in our stamp stash. If you follow the Impression Obsession blog, you might say, "Wait a minute, you've got your days mixed up . . . Old is New happens on Mondays." And yes, in the past it's been on a Monday. But today kicks off a new schedule where you'll find Old is New, and Die Cut Obsession Days on Wednesdays throughout the month. Sweet, huh? So let's take a look at today's cards - they're kind of a HOOT!
This blog post contains affiliate links. When you make purchases through my links I receive compensation at no cost to you. Thank you from the bottom of my crafty heart!
Who Loves You is the adorable clear stamp set I used for today's cards. And if you love these owls, come back TOMORROW, because I have two more cards with these cuties to share! Today's owls are pretty bold and colorful. I colored them with watercolors in all kinds of funky shades of pink, orange, and yellow. Because WHY NOT? They're cute, right!?
I am always a fan of crafting up TWO coordinating cards while all the supplies are out and these two came together easily. I love the thick lines of Nola Chandler's stamps at Impression Obsession, because they are so fun to paper-pieces or color. I had fun with these! (Find more of Nola's images HERE!)
Friends, you know how sometimes I tell you about a sale or a great crafty deal going on? I don't share these lightly - because I'm on a pretty tight crafty budget, and I don't ever want you to feel like my blog posts are all about shopping and sales. So when I share a deal, it'll be a GOOD DEAL. And today I need to tell you that this stamp set, Who Loves You, is being discontinued, and it's only $9. $9 for a 4x8 clear photopolymer stamp set (and one that's this stinking cute) is a pretty ROCKING deal. If you haven't spent your crafty budget for the month, you may want to grab this while it's still in stock!
