Today is Old is New Day on the Impression Obsession blog. It's the day we celebrate all the oldies-but-goodies in our stamp and die stash. This Zinnia stamp is one of the first stamps I got from Impression Obsession. Isn't it such a lovely, timeless image?
For today's card, I stamped the Zinnia on pink cardstock. Here's a TIP: If you don't want to spend a ton of time coloring, stamp onto colored cardstock instead of white! Then add some loose coloring on top for detail. You could also spend a lot of time coloring this image to make it extremely detailed (which would be GORGEOUS) but for this card, I decided loose and scribbly was what I wanted. I'm so glad you stopped by today. Visit the Impression Obsession blog to see a list of all the designers participating in Old is New Day.
And HEY. . .If you missed it, earlier this week we celebrated the latest release at Impression Obsession with a blog hop - there's chances to gift certificates to the IO shop, plus so much sweet springtime inspiration. I hope you'll hop along with us and comment for chances to win. Find the February Release Blog Hop Here.

laura I love both these zinnia cards. You wouldn't know that pink zinnia was on colored card stock instead of inked pink. Great idea.
