I did some coloring with markers for both of today's cards. Don't be afraid to try coloring with alcohol markers, even if you think you don't know what you're doing! I don't know any fancy techniques, I just use darker colors for the darker areas, and lighter for the lighter areas, and try to pick shades that blend together well! I purchased the Caliart 100 marker set on Amazon and I've been really happy with them. It's a great price for alcohol markers if you don't want to invest in the really expensive ones (not an affiliate link. . .you know I always just want to share what I love!)  For a little extra sparkle on this first card, I added some glitter to the berries.

On my next card, I clustered a few stamped images together. To finish off the images, I added some white pen highlights. I like the way it adds a little extra POP.

Both of today's cards feature the August stamp set from Impression Obsession. Impression Obsession's monthly stamp set requires no membership or recurring charges. I've never wanted to invest in expensive markers, and I have been REALLY happy with this 100-marker set from Caliart. They're a great price, there's a good assortment of colors, and they work really well for me.

The pink has a beautiful vintage feel. Funny how the non traditional colors feel very very traditionally warm. I really love that. So nice to say Hello. :)

Both are just so very lovely! I also love the double loop twine bow. Such a pretty finishing touch.

Beautiful cards. Wonderful coloring of the images. The white highlights do really make the berries pop.
